Male evaluations include assessing for testicular trauma, infections, lifestyle habits, and any history of genetic disorders. Female fertility assessments typically involve tests to determine ovulation, evaluate tubal patency through methods like ultrasound, HSG, or laparoscopy, and assess ovarian reserve using blood tests or scans. Hormonal levels are also measured.

Male fertility evaluations include semen analysis to assess sperm count, motility, and quality, as well as a general physical examination by a urologist. Additional tests such as scrotal ultrasound, hormone testing, or genetic tests may be recommended in certain cases.
